HOW TO CLAIM
- To be eligible, customers must be registered with www.holidayrewards.com.au and have made their first payment on the selected health insurance policy through the health insurance aggregator. No minimum purchase applies between 22/06/2015 to 31/12/2015 inclusive (“Promotion Period”) to receive Holiday Rewards Dollars. For every $1 spent on Private Health Insurance with a policy provided by the health insurance aggregator, you will receive $1 in Holiday Rewards Travel dollars which may be applied as a partial payment (up to 60% of total cost) towards the cost of your holiday. For example, should a customer spend $2,500 on Private Health Insurance for the year (Gross Annual Premium), the customer will receive a $2,500 Holiday Rewards Travel Dollars.
- Each Holiday Reward can be applied as a partial payment only towards the published or discounted accommodation, package or cruise rates displayed on the website www.holidayrewards.com.au or the RewardsCorp brochure "Holiday Rewards" for a stay in a room, apartment or cabin at a selection of participating resorts or cruises for a stay subject to booking and availability. Prices and the information contained on the website www.holidayrewards.com.au and the RewardsCorp brochure, "Holiday Rewards" are subject to change without notice. The number of nights that you can stay at each resort, hotel, package or cruise will vary, depending on the resort, hotel, package or cruise selected. The total amount of your Holiday Rewards that can be applied towards an accommodation, package or cruise booking is dependent on the option selected, its location, the type of room, package or cruise selected and the number of nights selected. You will be required to pay the amount that remains outstanding in relation to each booking. Information in relation to the amount of your Holiday Rewards that can be applied towards your booking and the amounts outstanding that will be payable is available at www.holidayrewards.com.au. Rates for international resorts, hotels or cruises are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. All bookings and enquiries must be made through RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 or online at www.holidayrewards.com.au.
- Claimants automatically qualify with their qualifying purchase and do not need to make a further claim in order to redeem their voucher.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Instructions on How to Claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other health insurance aggregator offer.
- Your purchase of a health Insurance Policy through the health insurance aggregator automatically qualifies you for this promotion. There is no requirement for the customer to make a claim.
- Promotion only open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over. Promotion is only valid when purchasing a Private Health Insurance Policy through the health insurance aggregator.
- Employees of the health insurance aggregator (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this Promotion are eligible for this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- Travel Reward Dollars will be awarded on the total amount of the Gross Annual Premium of the Private health Insurance Policy.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a customer, the customer will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Private Health Insurance Policy is issued in.
- The Promotion commences on 22/06/2015 and finishes on 31/12/2015. All purchases must be made online by 11:59pm AEDT on 31/12/2015. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Claim or Bonus that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) use of the Bonus.
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities; the Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.

- Information on how to claim and redeem Holiday Rewards, accommodation rates and booking information form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Each Holiday Rewards dollar is provided by the participating Promoter (the business or other entity promoting the Holiday Rewards) at its sole discretion, and only during the promotion dates determined by the Promoter.
- The Terms and Conditions relating to the promotion and redemption of each Holiday Rewards are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- The validity dates of Holiday Rewards are 12 months to book and 18 months to travel from date of online registration. Check your online travel account for specific dates.
- The Holiday Rewards promotion offers resorts and holidays at the guaranteed "Best Flexible Rate" before applying your Holiday Rewards towards your chosen holiday. If you find, at the time of booking, a lower rate than the Holiday Rewards "Best Flexible Rate" for the same booking, we will match this price and reduce the amount of Holiday Rewards required to complete your booking. If you find a lower rate, you will be required to show proof to your reservations consultant of the lower rate found, when making your booking.
- The "Best Flexible Rate" is the best rate in the market place available to consumers for a particular booking, allowing for the same booking flexibilities and/or restrictions as determined by RewardsCorp or advised by the hotel or resort.
- Where the value of the accommodation that may be redeemed using Holiday Rewards is less than the total value of the Holiday Rewards, the unused portion of the Rewards will be provided to you as a Credit for that amount, and can be used for future Holiday Rewards bookings. A Credit is subject to the same terms and conditions as a Holiday Rewards.
- Holiday Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion available through RewardsCorp and the participating hotels and resorts.
- A Hotel Room, Suite or 1 Bedroom Apartment sleeps 2 guests, a 2 Bedroom Suite or Apartment sleeps 4 guests, a 3 Bedroom Apartment or Villa sleeps 6 guests, and a 4 Bedroom Villa sleeps 8 guests, unless stated otherwise. Where possible extra guests and children will incur a charge for additional bedding. Details on request from RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725.
- Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your requested resort accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount specified on the accommodation price chart under each resort listing minus the amount redeemable using your Holiday Rewards. Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, (a 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply) or Amex (a 3% credit card surcharge will apply). With payment by cheque, bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds.
- The participating properties in this Promotion are generally available between 8 and 9 months of each calendar year. Resort availability is restricted, excluded or surcharged during most school holidays and the weeks immediately preceding and following these holidays. Public holidays, special events and other peak season periods are generally excluded. However, restrictions and exclusions are determined by the resort. Call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your preferences for up-to-date resort availably and recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to promotion availability.
- This offer is subject to further terms and conditions as specified by our accommodation and travel partners.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to distribute the “Holiday Rewards” over the course of the calendar year rather than in sum, or in any other manner it sees fit.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw from the “Holiday Rewards” promotion at any stage, including following the customers registration with www.holidayrewards.com.au and their first payment on the selected health insurance policy through the health insurance aggregator.
- This promotion is governed and to be construed under the laws of Australia.
- If the customer cancels accommodation following full payment no refund of Holiday Rewards apply.
